24-Hour Advice Hotline
24 hours Nurse Help Line to all Members helping them decide where to go to get needed care. Nurses also provide health education, follow-up, and network referrals.

Extra Vision Services
Members may opt-out of standard eyewear benefit and use $120 towards purchase of non-standard glasses or contacts, including contact fitting fee, every 12 months.

One sports league or school physical each year for Members aged 4 through 19.

$40/year for school sports expenses
Support for students up to grade 12. Play, learn, and earn.
$50 gift card each year for members up to grade 12 who participates in a youth sports league (apart from extra-curricular, school sponsored activities).
